Introducing the mission of four Iraqi War Veterans to help Iraqi children utilizing Soccer
Here is their plea for support:
ISIS has forced more than two million Iraqis to flee their homes, many of those are children. Iraq is in a state of crisis.
Join the coalition of Veteran run non profits giving Iraqi children winter essentials and a chance to play.
Share with others the impact made by four Iraqi War Veterans utilizing Soccer to bring hope to the children of Iraq. Our campaign is SoccerSalam.org and the goal of is to bring hope and winter essentials to Refugee Iraqi Children and their families, displaced by recent violence.
We are seeking support in three forms:
1. Donate any amount at http://www.soccersalam.org/get-involved/donate/. Or join as a sponsor of Soccer Salam. Sponsorships are available at $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, and $10,000 (form attached) and offer businesses and organizations the opportunity to feature their logo on the Soccer Salam website www.soccersalam.org. Sponsorship donations will be used to provide emergency winter relief and soccer balls to the youth of Iraq and their families fleeing from violence. Aid is made possible by these sponsorships, tax-deductible donations, in-kind contributions and generous discounts of goods/services.
2. Social media promotion
Share our Soccer Salam Campaign http://www.soccersalam.org on your Social Media Outlets. Help us reach those who may be interested in donating funds, soccer balls, blankets, sleeping bags and winter essentials for the orphaned children and families fleeing violence in Iraq. https://www.facebook.com/soccersalam
3. Make a video showing your support for Iraqi youth
Make a video of a cool soccer move or take a photo holding up a sign with a message to the kids of Iraq showing you care.
